We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for a full wedding package. Premium dates — particularly in wedding seasons — are reserved even earlier. Early booking ensures the widest selection of venues, vendors, and creative availability.

We do not offer standard packages. Every Trayam wedding is custom-designed from scratch to reflect the unique vision, budget, and preferences of each family. No two Trayam weddings have ever looked alike.

Yes. We plan destination weddings across India — Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Ooty, Coorg, and beyond — as well as international destinations. We manage all travel logistics, venue coordination, local vendor selection, and on-site execution.

Our catering service includes full menu design, ingredient procurement, in-house culinary team, professional serving staff, live counter setup, dietary accommodation, and complete post-event cleanup. We cater multi-cuisine menus for 50 to 5,000+ guests.

After 400+ events, we have encountered and resolved every category of challenge. We maintain contingency plans for vendor no-shows, weather disruptions, and timeline deviations. Our philosophy: you should never be aware that anything unexpected has occurred.

Absolutely — we encourage it. Our executive chef conducts a pre-event menu consultation to understand family favourites and regional specialities. Personalised menus are a point of pride for our culinary team.

Completely. We provide detailed, itemised proposals after an initial consultation so clients have full transparency from the beginning. There are no hidden fees in any Trayam proposal.
